At Go Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home projects. If a tool or fixture doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all screws, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
